Alleged early reviews of the upcoming film Dhurandhar: The Revenge have gone viral on social media, creating excitement and confusion among movie lovers. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, is scheduled to release later this week and has already generated massive buzz online.
In recent days, several posts claiming to be the first reviews of the film have circulated widely. One viral message described the movie as the Baahubali 2 of this era, comparing it with the blockbuster Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Another post gave the film a four-star rating and praised Ranveer Singh’s performance, claiming he appears in beast mode throughout the movie with intense screen presence.
However, many fans quickly questioned the authenticity of these reactions. Several social media users pointed out that the film has not yet received certification from the Central Board of Film Certification, making it unlikely that anyone outside the team has watched the movie. Fans also noted that official preview screenings have not yet taken place, which further raised doubts about the credibility of the circulating reviews.
Many supporters of Ranveer Singh warned others not to trust unverified posts and labelled them as fake reviews created to gain attention online. Comments questioning how viewers could watch the film before its certification quickly spread across social media platforms.
So far, the only person who has publicly shared a reaction to the film is actress Yami Gautam, who is also the wife of director Aditya Dhar. She revealed that she had already watched the film and described it as beyond extraordinary.
The movie is a sequel to Dhurandhar, which was released in November 2025. Meanwhile, advance booking reports suggest strong early demand, with collections reportedly reaching around Rs 31.9 crore across India ahead of release.
