Regional conference highlights social responsibility in Mandya

Mandya

A regional conference celebrating community service and humanitarian commitment was successfully held at the KVS Bhavan of Karnataka Sangha in Mandya, organised by the Association of Alliance Clubs International. The event brought together service-minded individuals and organisations dedicated to social welfare initiatives.

Inaugurating the programme, Hospete Urban Development Authority Commissioner Yoganand emphasized that success can only be achieved through hard work, dedication, and sincerity. He urged people to work with commitment in whichever profession or path they choose, without constantly worrying about the outcome. True fulfilment in life, he said, comes not only from earning a livelihood but also from working with purpose and satisfaction.

Reflecting on his personal journey, Yoganand shared that he never lost confidence even during tough times, nor did he become complacent during success. It was consistent effort and constant progress towards goals that helped him reach his present position.

International Alliance Director Nagaraju V. Bairi said the organisation has always recognised achievers and encouraged them to continue their contributions to society. South Multiple Council Vice President K.T. Hanumantu highlighted that Alliance Clubs have consistently supported government schools, prioritising education and healthcare initiatives as part of their social responsibility.

H. Madegowda, along with Alliance leaders Shashidhar Eechagere, K.S. Chandrashekar, S. Ramesh, Rathnamma, Appaji, Nagaraju, and Regional President T.N. Rakshith Raj, were present at the conference. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening community service and promoting social welfare activities across the region.
