Ramalinga Reddy launches KSRTC ‘Sarige Mitra’ HRMS mobile app

BENGALURU

Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy on Thursday launched the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation’s (KSRTC) “Sarige Mitra” Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Mobile App (Version 2.0.0), marking a digital push aimed at improving transparency, efficiency and employee welfare.

Released as a New Year initiative, the upgraded mobile application is designed to provide KSRTC employees with real-time access to a wide range of human resource services through their smartphones. The app is expected to streamline administrative processes and reduce dependence on manual systems.

Key features of the Sarige Mitra HRMS app include a geo-fencing-based attendance system, monthly attendance views, and access to personal profile details. Employees can also view their service register information, family member and nominee details, and download monthly pay slips with a single click. The app further enables effective leave management by allowing staff to check leave balances and submit requests digitally.

In addition, the platform strengthens internal communication by providing timely notifications, circulars and official updates issued by various KSRTC departments. With these features, employees can now access comprehensive service-related information at their fingertips, enhancing convenience and accountability.

Speaking on the occasion, officials said the app reflects KSRTC’s commitment to digital transformation and improved employee engagement. Managing Director Akram Pasha, Director (C&P) Dr. Nandini Devi, and other senior officials of the corporation were present during the launch event.
