The makers of the highly anticipated pan-Indian action drama Dacoit, starring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, released an exciting teaser on Thursday, thrilling fans across the country.
Actor Adivi Sesh shared the teaser on his social media, writing, “The #DacoitTeaser is HERE. BOOM. #DACOIT,” celebrating his birthday along with the release.
The teaser introduces Adivi Sesh’s character in conversation with an accomplice. A brief dialogue suggests his character persuades Mrunal Thakur’s character to take action against someone who wronged her. Soon, both actors are shown dressed as dacoits, embarking on a thrilling mission. The teaser features chase sequences, confrontations, and gunfights, accompanied by the hit song “Kanne Pettaro” from the film Hello Brother.
A previous glimpse revealed that Mrunal’s character is addressed as Juliet, with a voiceover hinting at betrayal and trust, while Adivi Sesh’s character declares, “I’m here to destroy you,” adding suspense to the story.
The film, described by the makers as “an explosion of guns and roses… betrayal and trust… and above all, Love and Loss,” also stars Anurag Kashyap, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Atul Kulkarni, Zayn Marie Khan, and Kamakshi Bhaskarla.
Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Sunil Narang under Annapurna Studios, the film is written by Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo. Cinematography is handled by Danush Bhaskar, music by Bheems Ceciroleo, and editing by Kodati Pavan Kalyan. Shot in both Hindi and Telugu, Dacoit promises to deliver a gripping action-packed cinematic experience for audiences.
