The National Forensic Science University (NFSU), Dharwad, has issued an official notification inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Professors. According to the notification, a total of five Assistant Professor posts are available at the NFSU Dharwad campus. Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated monthly salary ranging between ₹75,000 and ₹90,000, making the positions financially attractive for qualified professionals in the field of forensic science and allied disciplines.
Candidates applying for the posts must meet the prescribed educational qualifications. As per the official notification, applicants should have completed M.Sc, ME, M.Tech, or Ph.D from a recognised board or university. In terms of age eligibility, the maximum age limit for applicants has been fixed at 45 years as on December 1, 2025. Candidates exceeding the prescribed age limit will not be eligible to apply for the posts.

General, OBC, and EWS category candidates are required to pay ₹1,000, while candidates belonging to SC and ST categories need to pay a reduced fee of ₹500.
