The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared the much-anticipated Kannada action entertainer Mark, starring popular actor Kichcha Sudeep, for release with a U/A certificate. The film is scheduled to hit screens worldwide on December 25, 2025.
Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films in association with Kichcha Creations, Mark is directed by Vijay Kartikeyaa, whose earlier collaboration with Sudeep, Max, was a huge success. The announcement was made on X by the production house, which wrote, “Certified. Charged. Ready. #MARK Kannada – Certified U/A. Releasing Worldwide on Dec 25th. #MARKonDec25 #MARKTheFilm.”
Kichcha Sudeep praised his team for their hard work, saying everyone gave their best without taking breaks. He also spoke about comedian Yogi Babu, joking that he worked “in instalments,” moving between different sets while keeping the energy high. Despite the long hours, Sudeep said the team stayed motivated and worked together seamlessly, highlighting the professionalism on set.
Alongside Sudeep, the film features Roshini Prakash, Deepshika, Naveen Chandra, Guru Somasundaram, Vikranth, and Yogi Babu. The crew includes Shekar Chandra as cinematographer, Ajaneesh B Loknath composing music, Shivakumar J handling production design, and SR Ganesh Baabu as editor. Stunts are choreographed by Stunt Silva, Supreme Sundar, Vikram Mor, and Kevin Kumar, while Shobhi Paulraj handles dance sequences.
With its engaging story, star-studded cast, and talented crew, Mark is already generating excitement among fans and is expected to be a major hit this holiday season.
