A comprehensive disaster management mock drill was organised in Hosakote by the 10th Battalion team of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) to educate the public on handling emergencies. The exercise aimed to demonstrate how to respond effectively to disasters such as earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, fires, gas leaks, heavy rains, accidents, and building collapses, while highlighting the importance of precautionary measures and public awareness.

The drill was held at Devalapura Government PU College and Swami Vivekananda Vidya Kendra in Hosakote taluk.
