The election for the post of President of the Karnataka Lawyers’ Association will begin soon, with nomination filing starting on November 15 and continuing until November 24.
Election Officer Pratibha R. said that nominations will be scrutinized at 4 pm on November 25, and the preliminary list of candidates will be published afterward. The deadline for withdrawing nominations has been extended to 4 pm on November 28, and the final list of candidates will be announced on November 29 at 1 pm.
Polling is scheduled for December 14, from 10 am to 4 pm, at Ashoka Nursery School in Shankarpur, Bengaluru. The results will be declared on the same day, ensuring a quick conclusion to the election process.
Election details will be sent by mail to all registered voters listed in the association’s records. Voters who have changed their address or plan to do so must inform the authorities by contacting the designated number 9945294865 before November 19. No changes in contact numbers will be permitted after the deadline.
