Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will release the book ‘Neerina Hejje’ authored by Deputy Chief Minister and Water Resource Minister DK Shivakumar at the Banquet Hall of Vidhana Soudha at 4 pm on Friday. The book throws light on history, challenges and opportunities for Karnataka’s water resources. Ministers H K Patil, MB Patil and N S Boseraju, and Senior Advocate of Supreme Court Mohan V Kataraki will be chief guests for the programme.
