India’s startup capital is set to take innovation to the next level with the launch of the country’s first integrated Startup Park, a landmark initiative designed to fuel entrepreneurship and job creation. The project, spearheaded by Ique Ventures under the leadership of Shafi Shoukath, will be inaugurated on November 7 by Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar.
Located on Hosur Road, Koramangala, the Startup Park aims to support 10,000 startups, create one lakh jobs, and attract ₹50,000 crore in investments by 2030. Envisioned as a one-stop innovation hub, it will provide entrepreneurs with access to incubation, mentorship, funding, branding, and global networking — all within a single ecosystem.
“The future of startups lies in collaboration, not isolation,” said Shoukath at a press conference. “Startup Park isn’t just a building; it’s Karnataka’s growth engine, built to empower entrepreneurs and drive job creation.”
The park’s incubation programme will offer end-to-end support, including strategic mentoring, investor access, and scaling assistance. Facilities will feature a Startup School, Investor Studio, Pitch Lab, Mentorship Hub, Global Connect Lounge, and Co-working Spaces. Creative and wellness zones such as Podcast Studios, Fab Labs, Green Studios, and a Wellness Zone will further enhance the entrepreneurial environment.
Adding a unique touch, Startup TV, India’s first dedicated media platform for startups, will showcase stories of emerging founders, celebrating innovation and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
