Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has brought back the charm of his 2007 hit track ‘Uncha Lamba Kad’ in the upcoming film Welcome to the Jungle, dancing alongside Disha Patani in a lively remix version.
Akshay shared a cheerful video on Instagram, where he and Disha groove energetically to the upbeat track. The actor added a nostalgic touch in his caption, writing, From our hearts to yours!! What a throwback, 18 years & still an all-time favourite… Never forgetting our Queen Katrina WelcomeToTheJungle. His message paid tribute to Katrina Kaif, his co-star from the original Welcome film.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, Welcome to the Jungle marks the third instalment of the blockbuster Welcome franchise, following the success of Welcome (2007) and Welcome Back (2015), both helmed by Anees Bazmee.
The upcoming film promises to be a full-on entertainer, featuring an impressive star cast that includes Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Johnny Lever, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, Rahul Dev, and popular singers Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh.
