Actress Sushmitha Bhat has joined the cast of Nagarjuna Akkineni’s much-awaited 100th film, tentatively titled “King 100.” The senior star, currently hosting the ninth season of Bigg Boss Telugu, has already begun work on this landmark project, marking a major milestone in his illustrious career.
The film features three leading ladies, with Tabu playing an important role. One actress will be seen as Nagarjuna’s wife, while another will portray a significant female lead. With Sushmitha Bhat now onboard, the makers are reportedly in talks with a popular actress to fill the remaining lead role.
Sushmitha, known for her performances in Natyam and the Tamil film Love Marriage, expressed excitement about joining such a prestigious project.
Directed by R. Karthik, who previously helmed a Tamil film, King 100 recently wrapped a short schedule and is set to begin its main shoot later this month. The project is being produced by Nagarjuna himself, adding a personal touch to his milestone venture.
