The SnehaJeevi Drivers’ Trade Union, Yeshwanthpur Division, Kaggalipura Unit, celebrated the 70th Kannada Rajyotsava on Sunday with grandeur, enthusiasm, and unity.
The celebrations began with the hoisting of the Kannada flag, followed by the distribution of free uniforms to the drivers as a gesture of appreciation for their service.
Presiding over the event were Honorary President Gandasi Sadananda Swamy, State President Santhosh Kumar, and State General Secretary Raju Kannadiga, along with other dignitaries.
The chief guests included former Zilla Panchayat members S. Parviz, V. Sridhar, Santhosh Kumar, and Shankar Lal, who lauded the drivers for their contribution to society.
Local leaders Puneeth, Manjunath, Devaraj, and Murugesh, along with Kaggalipura office-bearers and union members, played a key role in organizing the successful and spirited celebration that showcased Kannada pride and unity.
