Actress Huma Qureshi says her role as Rani Bharti in the hit political drama Maharani has been the most defining experience of her career. As she gears up for the show’s fourth season, the actress reflected on how portraying strong, complex women has shaped her understanding of ambition and resilience.
“Rani Bharti has been the best role of my life. It’s very close to my heart, and I think I’ll always be remembered for it — and I’m not complaining,” Huma shared. “I was blessed with an amazing cast and crew who made sure my journey was memorable and fulfilling.”
The new season of Maharani introduces Rajeshwari Sachdev and Darsheel Safary, joining a cast that includes Shweta Basu Prasad, Vipin Sharma, Amit Sial, Vineet Kumar, and others. Directed by Puneet Prakash and produced by Kangra Talkies Pvt. Ltd., the series is created by Subhash Kapoor.
