Chikkaballapur
The Chikkaballapur District Administration will celebrate Kannada Rajyotsava on November 1 at 9 a.m. at the Sir M. Visvesvaraya District Stadium.
Higher Education Minister and District In-charge Minister Dr. M.C. Sudhakar will hoist the national flag and inaugurate the event. The programme will be presided over by Chikkaballapur MLA Pradeep Eshwar.
The event will be graced by several dignitaries, including MPs Dr. K. Sudhakar (Chikkaballapur) and M. Mallesh Babu (Kolar), MLAs S.N. Subbareddy, B.N. Ravikumar, and K.H. Puttaswamygowda, MLCs Chidananda M. Gowda, M.L. Anil Kumar, and D.T. Srinivas.
Other guests include Dr. H. Narasimhaiah, Chairman of the Karnataka Science, Education, Cultural and Tourism Development Authority; N.H. Shivashankar Reddy, Chairman of the Chikkaballapur Urban Development Authority; Gollahalli Shivaprasad, Chairman of the Karnataka Janapada Academy; N. Ramesh, Chairman of the District Guarantee Schemes Implementation Committee; and A. Gajendra, President of the Kuppahalli Town Municipal Council.
Dr. N. Manjula, Principal Secretary of the Department of Electronics, IT, BT, Science and Technology, and the district’s in-charge secretary, will also attend.
Elected representatives, government employees, members of various organisations, and the general public are invited to participate in the celebration.
