Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has praised the pan-Indian hit ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’, calling it a “mind-blowing film.” The actor shared his appreciation on social media, saying he was completely captivated while watching the movie and lauding Rishab Shetty for excelling as writer, director, and actor.
Allu Arjun also highlighted the performances of the lead cast, including Rukmini Vasanth, Jayaram, and Gulshan Devaiah, describing them as aesthetic and impactful. He further praised the technical crew, mentioning the music by Ajaneesh Loknath, cinematography by Aravind Kashyap, art direction by Dharani Gange, and stunts by Arjun Raj for their brilliant contributions.
The actor extended congratulations to producer Vijay Kiragandur and the Hombale Films team, noting that words were not enough to describe his experience watching the film.

Released worldwide on October 2, Kantara: Chapter 1 is available in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and English. The film is a prequel to the 2022 blockbuster Kantara and is set during the reign of the Kadambas of Banavasi.
The movie, written and directed by Rishab Shetty and produced under Hombale Films, stars Rishab Shetty, Rukmini Vasanth, and Jayaram in leading roles. Filming began in November 2023, with the first look and teaser released later that month.
