Speaker Khader allocates major funds for Harekal village devpt

Former Mangaluru Taluk Panchayat member Mustafa Harekal praised Speaker U.T. Khader for providing Harekal village with higher development funds compared to other villages over the past two and a half years.

Harekal spoke during the inauguration of construction work for a boundary wall and a new road near the Aladk Ansarul Masaakeen DAF Committee office, made possible through the Speaker’s funding. The project marks a significant step in improving infrastructure and public amenities in the village.

The program saw the presence of Gram Panchayat Vice President Majeed M.P., former President Badruddin Fareed Nagar, and Umarabb, former president of Badriya Juma Masjid, who laid the foundation stone. Congress Village Committee President Basheer Umbud, Gram Panchayat members Sattar Bavaliguri, Abubakkar Siddique, and Mohammad Rafiq, along with prominent local figures including Anni Poojari, Rafiq, Latif Aladk, Ahmad, Sattar, Jaleel, Latif, Khader, Razak, Safwan, Ibrahim, Badruddin, Muneer, and Ashraf, were also present.

Mustafa Harekal highlighted that the Speaker’s generous allocation has facilitated essential development work in roads, community spaces, and public facilities, ensuring sustainable growth and better connectivity for Harekal residents. The initiative reflects Khader’s continued commitment to rural development and responsive governance, setting a benchmark for support to other villages in the region.

The ceremony emphasized community participation and collaboration with local representatives to ensure projects are completed efficiently, benefiting residents and enhancing the overall quality of life in Harekal village.
