In a heartwarming gesture ahead of the festive season, Gauri Sugar & Distilleries Private Limited (Unit No. 13), situated near Bajolga in Bhalki taluk, Bidar district, celebrated Diwali by distributing 10 kilograms of sugar to each of its employees. The initiative was undertaken under the leadership and guidance of Omkar Group Chairman Baburao Patil Botre, who emphasized the company’s commitment to employee welfare and shared prosperity.
The distribution ceremony, held at the factory premises, was jointly coordinated by Group General Manager Shukla and Unit 2 General Manager Mayande, who personally handed over the sugar packets to the employees. The event was marked by a spirit of joy and gratitude, with workers and management coming together to celebrate the festival of lights.
Addressing the gathering, Baburao Patil Botre stated that Gauri Sugar has always maintained an employee-friendly work culture rooted in care, recognition, and mutual respect. Our employees are the backbone of our operations. Every achievement of the company is a result of their hard work and dedication. Extending festive support is our way of thanking them and their families, he said.
He further added that the company plans to continue similar initiatives in the future to ensure that no employee feels left out during celebrations.
