Karnataka BJP President B.Y. Vijayendra on Friday indicated that ongoing political developments in the state are expected to reach a logical conclusion after the Bihar assembly elections, amid speculation of a potential change in the Chief Minister’s office later this year.
Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru, Vijayendra said, “The reactions of ministers and legislators of the ruling party make it clear that all is not well in the Congress. After the Bihar polls, many developments already underway will meet their logical end. Party members themselves are hinting at it.”
He added that signs of political activity gaining momentum in November have been evident for months. “Whether there is peril for the CM’s chair or good fortune for someone else, let’s wait and watch,” he said.
