HCLTech Expands AI Partnership With Manufacturer

HCLTech, a leading global technology company, has renewed and expanded its digital transformation agreement with one of the world’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden. The multi-year deal will strengthen the manufacturer’s IT infrastructure and advance its digital services.

The Gothenburg-based company produces trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine engines, and transport solutions. Under the new agreement, HCLTech will use its GenAI-led service transformation platform, AI Force, to deliver platform-based managed services, hyper automation, and full-stack observability. These AI-driven solutions will allow one-click provisioning of IT services, enhance operational efficiency, and improve both employee and customer experiences.
