Chief Minister Siddaramaiah visited Jawalgalli on Saturday to inspect the machinery and facilities set up for the ‘Prabhavinedege Prabhutva’ program. Following the inspection, he inaugurated the program’s control center at the SP office.

During the visit, the CM activated the program’s machinery in Jawalgalli to request district population data. After reviewing the Indiravan facility, the administration quickly prepared and submitted the required report. Siddaramaiah expressed hope that the program would function efficiently, enabling citizens to access government services promptly without unnecessary delays.

Gadag District Senior Police Officer Rohan Jagdish explained that the initiative is designed to bring government benefits directly to people’s homes. It aims to simplify administrative processes and provide quick solutions to public grievances. Officials are taking steps to ensure the program runs smoothly across the district.

The program, launched by Minister Dr. H.K. Patil on August 15 at K.H. Patil District Stadium, has already addressed 14 public grievances. It is considered a model initiative, with plans for future expansion.

Currently, three program machines operate in Gadag—at the district stadium, Jawalgalli, and Tenginakayi Bazaar in Betageri—allowing citizens to register complaints 24/7. The program initially focuses on ten key areas, including women and child safety, senior citizen support, emergency medical services, illegal alcohol sales, road safety, action against unlawful or disruptive activities, land rights, pensions, and certain panchayat issues. The event was attended by Dr. H.K. Patil, H.M. Revanna, legislative council members, senior officials including CM’s chief secretaries Salim Ahmed, G.S. Patil, N.H. Konareddi, HESCOM chairman Azzamfeer Khadri, city development authority chairperson Akbar Sab Baburji, district officials, and citizens.
