The black comedy Lord Curzon Ki Haveli, starring Rasika Dugal, will release in theaters on October 10. Directed by Anshuman Jha in his debut, the film also features Arjun Mathur, Tanmay Dhanania, and Paresh Pahuja in lead roles.
Shot entirely on a single lens in the UK, the film blends suspense, wit, and dark humor. Rasika expressed her excitement, saying she loved watching the film with audiences at festivals in Melbourne and Chicago. She believes the film’s humor and darkness are best enjoyed with others in theaters.
The movie faced a six-month delay with Indian censors before its release. Director Anshuman called the film his homage to Alfred Hitchcock and said it was designed specifically for the big screen.
Actor Arjun Mathur shared that the film is unlike anything he has worked on before, describing it as quirky, unpredictable, dark, and funny. He is excited for audiences to see it in theaters.
Produced by Golden Ratio Films and First Ray Films, and presented by MAX Marketing, Lord Curzon Ki Haveli promises a unique, thrilling cinematic experience.
