A video from Nagpur has gone viral showing an under-construction flyover seemingly passing through a residential balcony, sparking debate over city planning. The NHAI said the balcony encroaches on government land and asked the Nagpur Municipal Corporation to remove it. The homeowner clarified that the flyover beam passes above the balcony without touching the building and poses no safety risk. Officials confirmed the area is encroached, and steps will be taken to clear it following proper procedures, including reviewing the lease of the property.
