DK Suresh engages with public, Congress leaders

On Sunday, Bengaluru Rural MP D.K. Suresh held a series of interactions at his Sadashivanagar home office, meeting both citizens and party workers to address civic concerns and organisational matters.

In the morning session, leaders and activists of the Ramanagara Mahila Congress unit visited the MP’s office. They held discussions on strengthening the party’s grassroots structure, expanding women’s participation in political activities, and prioritising developmental issues in the constituency. Suresh, while addressing the delegation, emphasised the importance of collective effort and assured his support for initiatives aimed at empowering women within the party framework.

Later in the day, the home office opened its doors to members of the public who had travelled from different parts of the state. Citizens raised a variety of issues, ranging from civic infrastructure to social welfare benefits. Suresh personally heard their grievances and instructed his staff to follow up with the concerned departments for prompt redressal.

During the interactions, the MP also received invitations to attend various upcoming community programmes. He expressed his willingness to participate in local events, underlining the significance of staying connected with the people.

Speaking to his supporters, Suresh remarked that public service remains his foremost priority and assured that he would continue to act as a bridge between citizens and government authorities. The day-long engagement reflected his approach of combining party organisational responsibilities with direct public outreach, reinforcing his role as both a political leader and a representative attentive to people’s needs.
