Deputy Commissioner Dr. Kumar inspected the ongoing digital census work in Mandya city and reviewed its progress. The census, being conducted from April 2026 in digital format, is aimed at collecting accurate population data. During the visit, the DC urged citizens to cooperate with officials and provide correct information when they come to households. He said public support is important for smooth and accurate completion of the census process. Mandya Sub-Divisional Officer M. Shivamurthy, Municipal Commissioner Pampashree, and other officials were present during the inspection and review meeting in the city.
