CET NEET coaching continues for students

Municipal Corporation President K. Seshadri Shashi said CET NEET and JEE coaching for government college students will continue in 2026-27 academic year to support poor and middle class families in Ramanagara. Speaking at the closing ceremony held at a pre university college with Akka IAS Academy he said the program aims to give equal opportunity for competitive exam preparation without financial burden on parents. He said private coaching costs more than one lakh rupees but the municipality has made it free so students can prepare better for CET NEET and JEE exams.

Dr. Shivakumar director of Akka Academy said this is first such initiative by a municipal body in the state and they will continue guidance for students in future competitive exams. He advised students to stay healthy eat simple food sleep well and remain calm before exams to improve performance. Municipal Commissioner Dr. Jayanna asked students to work hard and bring pride to their parents and college through success.

College Principal Ansar Ul Haq said free coaching has created history in Ramanagara and increased confidence among government college students. He said earlier students had to travel to Bengaluru for costly coaching but now local support is helping many families. Project Director G.D. Shekhar praised the program and said students must use this opportunity well to achieve good ranks in entrance exams. He added that success depends on discipline dedication and continuous practice by students in coming days.

College lecturers and trainers also attended the program and expressed happiness over the initiative which supports rural and poor students in higher education. Program strengthens students future opportunities.
